Gay/bi/queer men's Programs
ACT was founded by Toronto's gay community, and we've never forgotten where we come from. Although HIV/AIDS now affects more communities than ever before, gay and bi guys still make up the majority of new HIV infections in our city, and the majority of those living with HIV.
It was our community that invented safer sex, and studies show that we practise it the most. For 30 years, our community has survived, thrived and been resilient in the face of HIV -- and we're still going strong! Each one of us has the right to lead fulfilling and enjoyable lives, whether we are HIV-positive, HIV-negative or we don’t know our HIV status.
Our sexual health has always been about more than HIV. At ACT, we offer dozens of innovative programs and services for us and by us - everything from discussion groups, information on safer drug use, to outreach in bars, clubs, bathhouses, community events and online. These pages will help connect you.
This is a confidential group for HIV-positive gay and bi guys where you can discuss issues related to sex and sexual health. Find out more about GPS!
Help us put together a variety of safer sex packs for community distribution. We offer refreshments and food. No need to register — just show up! A great way to meet others, chat and help out. Find out more.
